The Derbyshire Bus Passenger Charter sets out what you can expect from your local bus services and who to contact if the service falls short of these standards.

We aim to get your journey right every time, but if we don’t and you need to report a service issue, please contact the relevant operator directly:

For any further feedback, or if you are unhappy with an operator's response, please contact public.transport@derbyshire.gov.uk.
We will respond to your feedback within five working days of receipt and if we cannot, we will contact you and explain why and when you can expect a reply.

If you are not happy with our response, you can escalate your complaint to Bus Users UK by telephone (0300 111 0002) or email complaints@bususers.org.
